CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 HOUR NOTICE
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. We require a credit card to reserve your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice. If this notice is not given, the reserved card will be charged 50% of the service.
Failure to show up to your reservation without calling will result in 100% of the service charged to the credit card on file.
Guests who have more than 2 no shows or late cancellations will be required to pre-pay 100% of their services to hold their reservation.

HAIR EXTENSION CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 HOUR NOTICE

Because hair extension installations require a significant amount of time and preparation, we ask that all clients provide at least 48 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This extended notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest and manage our schedule effectively. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows, or appointments missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us respect the time and commitment of both our clients and stylists.

REDO POLICY:
Please know that in certain situations your desired look may take more than one session. If that is the case your stylist will verbalize that during your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your results please call the salon where you had your services done. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 2 weeks or less of your appointment time. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SERVICES.
